Andrea Motis presents a new and «unusual» trio project called Temblor, featuring herself on trumpet and vocals, Christoph Mallinger on violin and mandolin, and Marcelo Woloski on percussion. The group, as Motis explains, was created with the intention of growing over the years.
«I believe it’s original and full of potential,» she says. «It’s a magical combination of our three personalities, and I see it becoming my core group for a long time.»
Temblor is rooted in deep artistic connection and spiritual purpose. For Motis, a concert is «a spiritual gathering—not necessarily religious, but something profoundly meaningful. It’s my duty to care for my energy and deliver a message of positivity and hope.»
